Our menu showcases the best of local and seasonal produce, sourced directly from nearby organic farms whenever possible, ensuring that each dish bursts with flavours and reflects the current season. He has lived and worked in Nice, Brussels, and Antwerp, gaining invaluable experience and honing his skills under the guidance of leading chefs, including some of Belgium's finest. He is now the owner of Harvest. in Antwerp, where he is committed to creating exceptional dining experiences that prioritize both culinary excellence and environmental responsibility.
Adil
Chef Adil is a 35-year-old chef from Morocco with a passion for gastronomy and sustainability. He has lived and worked in Valencia, London, and Antwerp, gaining invaluable experience and honing his skills under the guidance of leading chefs, including some of Belgium's finest. He is now the owner of Harvest. in Antwerp, where he is committed to creating exceptional dining experiences that prioritize both culinary excellence and environmental responsibility.
