Inspired by global culinary influences and rooted in sustainability and seasonality, we embrace a farm-to-table philosophy built on organic produce and responsibly sourced ingredients from local farmers and artisans.

At Harvest. sustainability is woven into every part of the experience. Our zero-waste kitchen uses composting, fermentation, and full-circle recycling to honour every ingredient from root to leaf. As a farm-to-table restaurant in Antwerp, we create seasonal tasting menus inspired by local growers, nature’s rhythms, and the joy of sharing meaningful food together. Stephen

For me, cooking has always been more than just putting food on a plate — it’s about connection. I’m Stephen, a 30-year-old chef from Nigeria Origin, my journey has taken me across the globe, from united state, Nice to Brussels and now Antwerp. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible chefs — people who taught me not just techniques, but the freedom to create and understand where it comes from, and the impact it has on me and others around me.

Now I run Harvest. here in Antwerp, a restaurant built around the idea that great food and sustainability should go hand in hand. We work closely with local farmers, we compost, we ferment, and we do our best to make sure nothing goes to waste.

Adil

I’m a 35-year-old chef born in Morocco, and for me, cooking has always been about more than just food — it’s about culture, creativity, and connection. My journey has taken me from Valencia to London and now Antwerp, and along the way I’ve had the chance to work with some amazing chefs, including some of Belgium’s best, who really shaped the way I think about flavors, techniques, and sustainability.

Now I run Harvest. here in Antwerp, a place where every dish is about quality, conscience, and care. We focus on responsible sourcing, zero-waste practices, and making sure every ingredient tells a story. What drives me is creating exciting food and giving our guests an experience that’s both memorable and meaningful.
